Directions

Apply full brush head of paste. First brush each sensitive area for 30 seconds and finish brushing the rest of the mouth for at least 1 minute

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Sensitivity relief and gum care [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For someone like myself who wants to reduce tooth sensitivity and take care of my gums this product is a perfect choice. Like all Oral B products this product is backed by various studies and clinical trials which I always find reassuring. The high levels of Stannous Fluoride is the game changing ingredient in this product. The only negative I could think of was the taste, although fresh and minty it was a little more bitter. Not a deal breaker though when I consider the health benefits this product provides.

I can now bite in an apple kept in the fridge!so much more refreshing than room temperature. And the soft mint flavour is so nice and fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had trouble with sensitive teeth on the left hand side for a couple of years now. Even rinsing my mouth with cold tap water was painful. Over that time I have tried several different sensitive toothpastes, with mixed results. Some provided a bit of short term relief but others did nothing. The Oral-B Dental Science toothpaste is the first one that has given me enough relief to actually be able to chew food on the left side of my mouth. The only downside is the packaging. Doing up a screw top is awkward when you're holding a toothbrush in one hand, and I suspect it may be difficult to get the dregs out of the tube because of the width around the top.

I like how frothed a small amount gets by using it. I couldn’t tell any noticeable difference in terms of sensitivity but my tooth sensitivity isn’t usually an issue. My only complaint is the lid doesn’t flip, it screws. Means it’s a two hand job to use.

The Oral B Science Sensitivity and Gum toothpaste immediately started to provide relief and helped reduce gum issues throughout the last week that I have been using. My teeth are less sensitive too now, making eating more enjoyable (I can even bite icy poles). Never thought a toothpaste could make such a difference to your life, not just oral health and hygiene.

I have sensitive teeth and brushing is something that can be really unpleasant at times. Using this toothpaste I had no issues at all. The paste is finer (the gritty bits in other toothpastes can irritate my teeth when they’re sensitive.) I also love the flavour! It’s not that much different to other toothpaste but it has a really “clean” taste! Very refreshing. I would def recommend. J

To Strengthen my gums against future sensitivity, I use Oral - B Sensitivity & Gym protection. It creates a shield of protection against food/drink triggers for sharp relief, which helps to relieve acute pain immediately. Apply full brush head of paste. Start brushing teeth from the sensitive areas for 30 seconds, and then do regular brushing as you do.

It lathers nicely with a small amount of water to ensure it coats the teeth perfectly whilst cleaning. Following a good brushing (I use a manual toothbrush) my teeth felt clean and glistened. Whilst it took a couple days to find relief from sensitivity causing irritants (cold ice creams for example); the effect was great after those couple days. The cooling effect on the other hand was immediate.
