Usage is simple: pull the sleeve over your left/right hand fingers first with the label on the backside, pull the sleeve up your lower arm until the small compression zone is placed in the crease of your elbow. Finally, pull the sleeve further up your upper arm until the second compression zone is placed over your bicep muscle without any wrinkles.
