Rated 3 out of 5 by from Effective I was very skeptical of this product working but I was pleasantly surprised. The mascara like wand was easy to use and apply. The product wasn’t runny or sticky. I waited for it to dry and brushed it through like the instructions said. The result was lighter regrowth. I probably would apply more next time as I was hesitant the first time. I think this is a good idea for regrowth. I would buy the product again!
