Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it! I bought this a few weeks ago and really love the quality of the colour and also how well it glides on. The thickness is perfect for shaping and filling in eyebrows. The only thing I had a problem with was not knowing what to do when the pencil had blunted because it has a plastic outer lining, not wood. I couldn’t find anyway of pushing it up, but then read the responses to reviews here and realised that you can use a normal pencil sharpener on it and the plastic scrapes right off, like a wooden pencil! It worked perfectly.

Once applied brows looked like two caterpillars.Super hard to blend. I have sparse brows so if spoolie out to get rid of excess color the product gets removed as well leaving sparse brows.Soo disappointed. Gave 5 star review so that it would be on top review list to aware others.

After eventually taking off the plastic which was very difficult, I found that there was no point on the pencil whatsoever. As like many other reviews, this seems to be a twist up pencil but it doesn’t! I have now resorted to sharpening it right from the outset which is not an easy task to achieve a nice point. On the plus side, I know it wears very well and stays on hence my second purchase. Sadly, it’s too much faff and there won’t be a third. Disappointed again.

It is very thick….I would try sharpening it but I can’t extend any more pencil out and I’ve only used it a couple of times. I see on reviews the comments are all about sharpening and have ignored the issues with not being able to extend more product out. Very expensive to not be able to use more than a few times due to this issue. Seems to be a common issue so obviously needs to be looked in to. Pretty disappointed!

In my case broke of so the 36 hour wear was brought down to to 3.1 seconds as I tried to open the packet and accidentally knocked the top off. Thought to myself ok I’ll wind it up. Nope. No can do. They only provide a tip lol. Worse product ever. How you would sharpen it is beyond me

I thought you would be able to wind the plastic casing to reveal more product but what you see is all you get for this overpriced eyebrow pencil. Very disappointing. Not a cheap pencil. Does not live up to the hype. Will go back to a MAC pencil where you at least get more product. Won’t be buying this again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from not worth the $16.80 I paid at my local supermarke So in order to use this product you have to also purchase a mabelline dual cosmetic sharpener to basically sharpen plastic. Well guess what it does not work, half the product gets destroyed and the plastic that has been shave is a hazard with sharp misshapen edges. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Take this product off your shelves. I would like a refund.

I have had it one day and can no longer use it. It cost me $20- what a waste. I followed the instructions on sharpening it but that didn’t work. I’m so disappointed and feel ripped off. Maybelline need to take this product off the shelves ASAP.

I tried the Tattoo Brow 36 HR and it is revolting! It is too thick and unnatural. I literally look like a hooker or Dracula's bride. It is too thick to try and blend and like the person below, it is hard to sharpen. I have tried to sharpen it but the end is just a stump. Even if I could sharpen it, I would not use it nor would I buy it again. It is way too think and unnatural looking. BRING BACK THE SATIN BROW!!!!!
