Directions

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good for sleep and muscle tightness I take this at night plus a B vitamin enriched magnesium in the morning and I'm sleeping really soundly again. It is pretty sweet. If you can't tolerate it I'd go for the Blackmores Daily Magnesium powder which has a nice lemon taste.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from No indication of carbs It's ok. However, it tastes very sweet and sugary. All I wanted was magnesium. I didn't know I was buying sugar. The carbohydrate content is not listed on the label, so there is no way to know how many carbs, if any, are in it. I am on a keto diet, so I won't repurchase this product because the carb content is a mystery.
