Olay Luminous Niacinamide + Vitamin C Super Face Serum is a concentrated formula enriched with a stable and potent Vitamin C and Bioavailable 99% Pure Niacinamide. It is penetrates 10 surface layers deep^ and is easily absorbed to reduce the look of dark spots, for visibly more even tone and texture in 28 days. Directions

Use 2 pumps twice a day after cleansing and toning, and before moisturizer. Apply evenly on face until the serum is absorbed. How to use the auto-dropper: (1) Twist and turn the cap to automatically draw out the serum (2) Press and hold the pump to dispense on palm or fingers.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Prettykitty1 from Great budget Vita C Vitamin C is one of those products that if you can tolerate it, you should definitely be using it. I keep it in my routine most of the time, but it’s kinda a pain because C serums can oxidise, rendering them pointless, or be irritating, or need refrigeration. Olay’s Super Serum contains a form of Vitamin C called Ascorbyl Glucoside, which is more stable than some other types of Vitamin C and is more easily tolerated by sensitive skin than harsher types such as L Ascorbic Acid. There’s some other fascinating proprietary ingredients in here- I found the “Sepiwhite” complex particularly interesting. The product itself is an off white, creamy serum with a subtle citrus scent, packaged in Olay’s dropper bottle. The bottle is slightly see through which is great for seeing how much product you have left. I personally don’t love the screw mechanism to dispense because it’s tricky to get a second pump out, and the instructions do recommend using two pumps. I could see a difference after about five days of use- my skin is clearer, brighter and more radiant. I had no issues with pilling regardless of what product I put over or under.

The size of the bottle in 30ml it's just nice in size. The design of the bottle it's not too big nor small. Just nice for my small hand palm to hold it and twist open the top. The bottle it's very pretty and eye catching with the metallic white pearl. Looks great for display. The serum itself it's light and almost watery texture in white color which makes it easily absorb into my skin. Use 2 pumps twice a day it's all you need after cleansing and toning and apply it on before moisturizer. After using this for quite a while now I notice my dark spot lighten up and my skin it's radiant and I feel much confident without much makeup coverage now when I need to go out. Will continue to purchase this serum as I can see great result .

As you twist the top off the dispensing button pops up whilst drawing in just the right amount of product then you press the button down to dispense into your hand. I have to admit when I first saw how you have to place the long dispenser back into the thin neck of the bottle that it would cause a big mess around the neck of the bottle but that has not happened. The texture is light and refreshing as it absorbs into my skin leaving it feeling plump and hydrated without being greasy or sticky. Some products cause initial redness as I'm rubbing them in where as this product did not and I have also noticed that my usual redness is diminishing with the use of this product. I will continue to use this product for that fact alone

To dispense the serum, you simply twist and turn the cap to automatically draw out the serum from the bottle, and then press and hold the pump to dispense the desired amount of product onto the palm of your hand. I love the applicator – it’s convenient and hygienic and easy to carry around in my skincare bag as needed. The serum disperses as a white pearl colour. The product is very lightweight – it feels like a light emulsion. When applied to the skin, the serum absorbs in evenly right away. The serum is non-greasy and does not leave behind a sticky residue. After application, my skin is left feeling comfortable and hydrated. Another great thing about this serum is that it does not interfere with other products I then place on my skin. The serum works well underneath my moisturiser and foundation. It’s the perfect addition to my skincare routine. After using the serum for a couple of weeks, I noticed my skin was looking more plump, brighter and hydrated. The serum works well for my combination skin. It doesn’t leave my skin looking greasy throughout the day which is very important to me. My skin looks healthier – it has a lovely glow to it which it did not before (it worked particularly well to give my skin a healthy boost after the holidays and silly season!). Two pumps of the serum cover my face and neck area – a little goes a long way and it is very effective. The serum does have a noticeable floral scent which I found to be pleasant. The scent does not linger for long, however those who are sensitive to fragrance might want to test the serum before purchasing. I really appreciate that the serum is formulated without sulphates, parabens, mineral oils and other nasties. I feel good about using a serum that has such a concentrated formula, penetrates deep into my skin, and has vitamin B3, B5 and C and E to take care of my skin and protect it against future damage. I will continue to use this serum, it’s a welcomed addition to my skincare routine.

The pump serum bottle is pretty unique, and was great for getting the perfect amount of product on. The fragrance reminded me mostly of sunscreen but the smell wasn't noticeable at all when the product was on my skin. I really saw a difference in my skin when using this product. Not just in how dewy it felt and looked, but especially in evening out my skin tone. I noticed within a week of using that my dark spots had faded really nicely, and my skin just looked way more even! I had some dark spots on my face and some leftover minor scarring from pimples, was pleasantly surprised to see this product work so quickly in helping these areas get better! I will definitely keep using this product in the future, I was so impressed with the impact it had on dark spots and evening skin tone!

I really liked the serum, the sleek packaging, the twist top dispenser (super hygienic!!!), the ease of application and the lovely fragrance. The serum itself was very easy to use and apply. I also really liked the combination of Niacinamide and Vitamin C in one bottle - two very important skin care ingredients that can be used in one step! I used this Olay serum every morning after washing my face and every night by dispensing a small amount of product on my finger tips then spreading it across my face. The product dries very quickly upon application and I didnt feel like my face was sticky after. I always followed up with my moisturiser a few minutes after to ensure it was absorbed properly. The product has a lovely fragrance/perfume, which i personally don't find too overpowering. It lingers for a little bit but then fades away. Whilst I haven't noticed an overdramatic difference in my skin in terms of lightening acne scars or dark spots, my skin definitely feels softer, a little brighter and even which is nice. I will definitely continue using this product and see if it continues to even out my skin tone!

I saw a reduction in my dark circles from the very first use. My face looks more younger because of how hydrating it is. I really like the bottle design, its very innovative. I have noticed a reduction in the fine lines around my eyes. I used the serum in the morning and then in the evening as a rehydrate. The Olay Niacinamide Super Serum absorbed into my skin perfectly and left no greasy residue feeling. I would definitely buy this product.

If you were in a rush and didn't want to bother with makeup and a heavy moisturiser then I would use this. I also used this along with the Olay mist spray that goes on before this step. I didn't mind the smell as most vitamin C serums have a strong fragrance. I would recommend using this at night so that you can sleep and wake up with glowing skin the next morning. Would be interesting to use it with other Olay products. I don't know what else to add but it says I have to add more words in order to submit my review so xxxxxxxxx.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Vi from Love it This serum comes in a white bottle with a silver pipette dropper lid. The bottle looks luxurious and easy to hold. The serum is a white pearl colour. It's very light and liquidy and it's easy to dispense onto my finger and glides on my skin. It's not greasy and it absorbs fairly quickly. It's recommended to use 2 pumps for the whole face and neck. A quick way to refill the pipette dropper without screwing the lid back on is to place it in the bottle and press the top and it will refill ready to dispense the second pump. The serum has a very strong scent. It smells a bit like shampoo/conditioner. I like the scent but it may be too strong for some people. The smell however doesn't last too long. It disappears shortly after I apply my day/night cream. After using this serum for a couple weeks, I've noticed it's made my skin more smoother and given my skin a glow. I look forward to using it during winter when my skin tends to look a bit dull.

Thanks to the power active ingredients it contains of Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Vitamin C, Pro-vitamin B5, and Vitamin E. The combination of these actives work in synergy to minimize pore appearance, even out skin tone and texture, protect against free radical damage, all while soothing and moisturising the skin. I really noticed a change in my skin just after using this serum for 1 week. I love the aesthetics of this product, the serum has a light emulsion feel, is not greasy or sticky and has a slight floral scent. Such a difference to other active based serums I've used in the past that smell horrible and leave a sticky residue feel. I liked using this serum at night, after double cleansing and found it quickly absorbed into my the skin without that sticky feeling. I also started using it in the morning under my make up and found it really hydrated my skin from the current summer heat. The packaging is great in avoiding any potential contamination. It has a twist & turn cap with an auto dropper to dispense the serum. Also great to know that it doesn't contain any parabens, sulphates or mineral oils. This serum will become a staple in my skincare regime!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Angage from Hydrates skin This is my favourite Vitamin C serum so far. It smells like flowers but not overpowering. It gives the most gorgeous natural glow to the skin. It soaks in very quickly and doesn't feel super sticky or anything once it is absorbed. It also layers quite well with my other skin care products.This serum comes in white coloured bottle with silver cap.This bottle works bit different than the other serum i tried.At first i was confused with how to get product out of the bottle.Once you learn it it was super easy to dispense and control the serum you want. I applied it every morning and night about 3 weeks now.I do feel this vitamin C super serum helps to create bright, glowing and radiant skin overall.I have some dark acne spots on my face.This definitely help to reduce the look of dark spots. I honestly felt like the serum added some much needed hydration to my face as well as helping my skin feel amazing! This serum is great for hydration and overall good at smoothing and softening your facial skin as well. I would totally recommend this to any one with dry or dull skin.

A big tick from me. Loving the idea of a new serum that can help target multiple skin concerns I have. It is formulated without sulphates, parabens, phthalates, petrolatum and mineral oils which gets a massive big tick from me. The bottle design is sleek and looks gorgeous on its own or bundled next to their other super serum range. I am absolutely loving the lid design as well that just gives this product a more premium feel. Be sure to read the instructions on the box if you’re having issues first time! Love that when you twist the lid, the serum draws out at the same time, giving you an even amount of product every single time. The serum glides on effortlessly with a smooth like texture onto the skin. I definitely felt my skin feeling more hydrated straight away. It absorbs quickly thanks to its non-greasy formulation. I had no issues applying my moisturiser afterward and I didn’t feel sticky at all! It is fragranced and definitely noticeable when applied to the skin for the first few seconds. If you’re not a big fan of fragranced products, this may not be the product for you, however; I have to say it only lasts a few seconds if you can get past that because the feeling of this product on my skin, is amazing and trust me, is worth it! After trialling for a couple of weeks, used twice a day with my skincare, I have definitely noticed my skin feeling a lot more hydrated and looking less dull. The product claims this super serum penetrates 10 surface layers deep which results are now showing! I will be continuing to use this as I am really loving the hydration my skin is getting from this product. I am a normal-combination skin type and haven’t noticed any break outs or extra oiliness around the T-Zone which is fantastic. I definitely recommend this product if you’re looking for a serum that can add multiple skin benefits to your routine, giving you a more hydrated feeling and brightening your skin to reduce the appearance of dark spots with its vitamin C.

I've been using this twice a day , morning and night after cleansing my face. The texture is nice, light weight and it gets absorbed into my dry skin quite fast. I've been using this for a few weeks now and I have to say although my pigmented problem areas remains the same I can see that my dark spots are slightly fading. So I think this works and I will continue to use it. Also I've noticed that this has helped reduce the flakiness of my skin. The skin around my mouth and forehead is always super dry and flaky but since I've started to use this, the flakiness reduced to the point kt doesn't bother me any more. This also works as a great base for my foundation.

Application is easy, there's hardly a scent and I've already noticed my skin is brighter and not as dull. I tend to have sensitive skin and react to Vit C however this Vit C has not irritated me at all! Soaks in well and doesn't leave a sticky feeling like some other products I have used. Packaging is really nice and easy to use however I would prefer a pump bottle. I would highly recommend this product, well priced and does the job! I will also purchase again

My skin feels supple and soft and radiant once I apply this... Recommend it to apply on slightly damp skin for example after face is washed... Use as product recommended... I use the Olay regenerist moisturizer right after this serum.. Thanks to niacinamide and vitamin c.. Although I wish the package has mentioned proper concentration is each skincare active...

It has fragrance but it is a nice scent and not over powering. Sit well under make-up. The dropper is very handy to get the right amount per use. It features Ascorbyl Glucoside which is a water-soluble derivative of Vitamin C however this is low on the ingredients list. It features Niacinamide high on the ingredients list which has similar brightening benefits. I think this is a good option for a general brightening hydrating serum.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this product now for two weeks and can honestly say i have seen a huge improvement to my skin tone and texture. Firstly the appearance of the product is beautiful, it's in a pearly white bottle and the applicator is nicely designed to provide a clean application. First ensure you have a sparkling clean face (use a toner and cleanser) then simply dot the serum around your face and neck - you will need about two pumps worth, then gently massage in. It absorbs quickly and has a gorgeous fresh orangey scent. Then apply your moisturizer and you're done! I have noticed a change in the apperance on my face without a doubt, pores appear smaller, texture is smoother and dull skin is gone. I wake up every morning with a glow. Thanks Olay for another great high end product that's affordable.

These are the two main serums that I use in my skin care routine and I like that it’s combined into one. Makes it convenient to use. The twist cap with the pump is very innovative and makes it easy to use the product. The consistency of the product is okay and absorbs right into the skin. It stings when it gets into the eyes. My skin looks glowy and bright when I use it. I did get a break out about 4 days after using it but I realised my skin was purging so I kept at it and the breakout reduced. I can’t wait to see how my skin looks after a month of using it.

It is smoother and skin tone seems more even. The pump applicator is easy to use, leave a little to no mess. The serum absorbs quickly into my skin, I don't need to wait for it to dry before applying my next product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle can be a bit of a hit and miss for drawing up the second pumps but this does not take away from the quality or ease of using this serum. I am 38 and for the first week use have found the most results in my neck so far. It is more even with less lines which is great. My face has broken out since using this but has been a big change from my normal skincare routine. I notice an immediate glow when applying, it sinks in quite easily but can have a very slight stick to it. It is recommended to apply moisturiser afterwards which takes care of this. The consistency is like a moisturiser-serum which makes it a dream to apply :) I think this is an excellent entry level serum for any age wanting to get into vitamin C

I've noticed spots are reducing and it's evening out my skin tone. I would definitely buy this product again and try other products in the Olay range.

Seen subtle differences in my skin, slightly less redness. The dispenser looked good but when you have to use 2 pumps per application it was annoying trying to get the product up for the second pump.

First impression when I apply on my face is the fragrant smell followed by the lightweight and smooth texture. It doesn't irritate my skin or feel too congested when I apply moisturiser and sunscreen on top of the serum. It's only been Day 2 using this product so it's too early to see any results. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking for Niacinamide Vitamin C products.

Just to start off the bottle is soo cool and super easy to carry around in your travel case. It smells divine. I generally use this during the morning after cleansing my face apply this and my moisturiser on top. It simple gives me a good glow and a no makeup look in an instant. The serum is not very thick and very easy to apply. Has made my skin look more hydrated and clear. It's a must have if you are like me not to try serums but not too sure which ones to start off with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by JCullen from Great product! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product feels wonderful on my skin! It goes on light, is non greasy and is rapidly absorbed. My partner comments every time on how lovely it smells. Unfortunately I haven't noticed any improvement in my dark spots yet, but its only been 10 days! I do think my skin is brighter, and its definitely helped speed up the recovery of my mask pimples. The bottle is also great to use, and comes in a large size.
