It is super easy to apply, some people may find it tricky as it rubs into your face without any colour. Developing a system of application helps though. Forehead down/ neck up! It's lightweight, does NOT feel sticky on your skin, and creates a natural beautiful color. A little bit goes along away. There is no horrible smell. My face is complicated, i breakout a lot, I have hormonal acne and this product has not negatively affected my skin! I use this about three times a week since it's getting colder. It also matches the color of neck and fills into my fine lines.

The first time I slept in it, I must have sweat in my sleep because the skin closest to my hairline was very golden in the morning and the skin at the front of my forehead was the same tone as the day before.
