Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic results I have had black (loreal box colour) coloured hair for over 1yr now and I wanted to return to a red colour. This product took my hair from jet black to a light medium copper colour. I used the entire bottles of 1 and 2 but did it in 2 applications because after the first application I used bottle 3 as instructed on the box and it took my hair back to nearly black. So with what was left over I redid the application (this time without using bottle 3) and my hair is now a light medium copper colour. It's left my hair feeling quite soft and healthy, but it does have a slight sulphur smell, even after shampoo, conditioner and styling products. Would absolutely recommend this product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED I bought this product because the usually colour remover I use was sold out, and as a qualified hairdresser, I was IMPRESSED to say the least! I had dark hair for well over a year and after leaving this stuff on for only 20 minutes my hair was a light orange colour! (Orange/yellow is the colour you’ll want to achieve with this product! Don’t use this and expect to be a blonde) It’s created a perfect base for me to start going lighter and my hair isn’t damanged at all!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Removed colour with one application This product worked well for me. My natural hair colour is a light auburn colour and I had dyed it a darker reddish brown. I used it a few days after dying my hair and it stripped all the colour off with one application - back to the pre-dye colour. The smell isn't pleasant and definitely lingers, but it's not unbearable or 'eggy' as some people describe other colour removal products. A product I hope never to have to use again, but if I did need to, I would.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So good! I bought this to lighten my almost black box dyed hair so I could dye it red and it literally lifted and worked so well - lifted to a light copper colour!! I used both bottles 1+2 two separate times to really lift my hair but DO NOT use bottle 3 it literally takes ur hair back to brown/ black ruins the whole purpose of removing the colour lol! Other then that it’s a great product!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from does not work used this multiple times to remove blue/green hair dye and did not work. after using the first two bottles (catalyst and reducer), it removed all the green from my hair. when i put the third bottle (equaliser) onto my hair, all the green started coming back. don’t know how or why this happened but really disappointed and dissatisfied. also smells horrible like a urinal and eggs.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I bought this product a couple of hours ago applied all over my coloured red hair and it did nothing the colour is still the same. I bought it cause I wanted to try it as there was no reviews. But surprisingly it doesn't smell too bad when I was applying it.
