Rated 4 out of 5 by from Like A Yummy Gummy Lolly These to me are exactly like a lolly that is not too sweet so they are fun and easy to eat - but remember to only take maximum of three a day as per the instructions. There is no dairy in these and they are a good way to get a bit of extra collagen peptides into my system. They taste like a fruit gum treat and I like that they are aimed at mature skin and so give extra collagen per gummie. One thing I especially love is that they almost have no saturated fat in them which I am very sensitive too - though I can have normal fats and good fats, saturated fats are extremely bad for me medically and I need to avoid them so I can have these without a worry. I love that I can eat them knowing that they are likely going to benefit my skin, hair and even my gums in my mouth and I really enjoy them as a lolly.

I take various collagen supplements periodically; however, I never notice any difference in my skin - I take them on faith. Collagen supplements purportedly improve hair, skin, nails & heart health, relieve joint pain, boost muscle mass & prevent bone loss. I assumed this tub of 40 gummies would last for as many days, but the recommended serving size is 3 gummies per day - only sufficient for 13 days with one leftover gummy! Why not 42 gummies - enough for a fortnight or 45 gummies to last 15 days? I might repurchase these occasionally, on sale, but not regularly due to price & small tub size. Made in Australia from at least 15% Australian ingredients.
