It is so much better then using a tablet that takes a while to dissolve, this powder dissolves so fast! The flavour is absolutely delicious aswell and I would definitely recommend trying it out. You can definitely feel the difference using it, especially when your exercising a lot it just makes you feel good. I’ve been using musashi products for years and they are the only brand I use, all their protein powders, bars and electrolyte products are amazing!
