Rated 4 out of 5 by from Long lasting scent! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed using this conditioner. The scent and texture are very pleasant. I don't usually enjoy rose scents, but this one was quite nice. If you don't like the scent, be aware that it lasts on the hair for a long time after washing and drying. I didn't find this conditioner to be any more moisturising than other Pantene moisturising conditioners, but it did leave the hair soft and tangle-free.

It feels nice to use and rinses well. Really enjoyed the combination with the matching shampoo. Great bottle and pump, They look nice sitting in the shower.

Not only is the packaging and scent really beautiful (I love rose anything), the texture is perfect, not too thick or thin, and it left my hair curly and soft, neither oily nor dry. Also - the pump bottle makes using it a breeze.

I also like the packaging/dispenser. I love that it's free of parabens etc. I really enjoyed the conditioner because it made my hair so, so soft. I also found that it helped with my scalp, sometimes it gets itchy, but this cleansed it pretty well and I have experienced less itching.

It's a nice hydrating conditioner, but just misses the mark for me (I have long thick dry hair). I think it would be better suited to anyone with normal to oily hair types.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from natural product, probably best for natural hair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although I love the idea of using silicon/paraben/dye free products, I didn’t feel this “hydrating” collection really hit the mark for my hair. The conditioner smelled delightful, was a great consistency, and I love a good pump-action bottle for ease of use. It made my hair feel good on washing it out when wet, however once my hair dried (tried both air-dried and blow dried results), it still felt dry. I used the shampoo &conditioner together for almost four weeks but didn’t feel my hair condition improved- I have very colour treated (platinum blonde) hair which dries at the ends very quickly, and I didn’t feel this combo gave it the Soothing hydration it needs. I think this shampoo would suit hair that was not so harshly treated- probably natural (uncoloured) hair would respond best!

I was a little underwhelmed with the scent - it’s smells like the typical artificial rose smell you get in air fresheners which I’m not a fan of. It’s not an overempowering scent though so it’s okay. I found the conditioner did smooth the ends of my hair and left it feeling soft but I have definitely used more nourishing conditioners which I need in the winter months. Overall I think it’s nice but I won’t be going out if my way to purchase it

I have very fine long hair so I need a heavy conditioner to stop knotting and dryness and unfortunately this did not do it for me. Perhaps when I cut my hair short and want a weightless conditioner I would buy this.

I do find it is much like other Pantene hair products, which can be nice and have some nostalgia feels for me. If you like Pantene products this could be a new one to try.

I tried it paired with it's shampoo and overall my hair was dull, felt dry and became dirtier in between washes. I have really long thick hair that I regularly style with heat so I need something really nourishing and hydrating and this just fell super flat. I had to use more of the product (than I usually do with other conditioners) just to get a good lather and feel like I'd given my hair a healthy coating. I just really wasn't impressed. It just felt like any other supermarket conditioner honestly, I'd use it if I was desperate but it's nothing to rave about to my girlfriends. The packaging however is super cute and the product smells divine!
