They don't like putting heavy things on their face so they love that this moisturizer is lightweight. Pro: - super hydrating with a powerful blend of Macadamia, Rosehip Seed Oil and Shea Butter, boosted with Vitamin E, soothes and protects your skin. - lightweight and quickly absorbs. - scent is nice. - nice unisex packaging. - good price point. - ideal for all skin types. For drier skin, you may have to layer more products/use in summer. - Flip top squeeze packaging which is hygenic. - fine to use on sensitive skin. Con - none I think this is a good basic mosituriser. It's affordable, little bit goes a long way and does the job of a moisturizer without nasties and has kinda good ingredients. Can be easily located in supermarkets which is handy. Overall a good product basic product that doesn't cost an arm and leg. Definitely will repurchase when I finish.

I would not have found this product if it was not for the trial and am pleased to have tried it. I have to be honest, I've seen Glow Lab products in my local supermarket aisles and have never took the time to stop and look. I took the unassuming packaging and affordable pricing plus convenience of being available at supermarkets to think that the products were cheap. I tend to go to specialty stores for my skincare. I have temperamental, combination skin that is also acne prone. It is both dry in some places and somewhat oily in others. I am super picky about my skin care and moisturiser as I need the right balance but also not break me out. This product comes in a squeeze tube which makes it sanitary. Tick. The cream is made of natural ingredients with no obvious nasties from what I could see on the ingredients list. It does not have SPF (which I usually have on my day moisturiser) but I always use SPF sunscreen anyway. It has a light floral scent. Surprisingly, I fell in love with the moisturiser. I feel like Glow Lab is really good value for money and I sure am eating my words for being an elitist. It's a great product, absorbs quickly and did not break me out at all. It has a nice texture and leaves the skin feeling supple and soft. I honestly believe if this product sat on the counter of a luxurious brand in DJs, it would be sold at 10x the price. Really good product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by nidhi1 from Simple and effective I have been looking for a good moisturizer without SPF for quite sometime and I think my search has ended with Glow Lab facial moisturizer. It comes in a handy 100ml tube, has a really nice floral smell which is really refreshing. I also like that its a lightweight moisturizer without any nasties like silicon, SLS or parabens. It absorbed into my skin pretty quickly and didn’t leave any sticky residue which is quite common in moisturizers usually. It contains Macadamia and Roaehip to gently moisturize and protect against the free radicals. I love that very small amount of moisturizer is required and it also creates a nice base for my makeup and keep it intact whole day. I really like the subtle fragrance which reminds me of something my grandma used to use. Overall its an amazing moisturizer that’s good if you have dehydrated skin, i have an acne prone skin and it worked really well.

I love a great light day time moisturiser and Glow Lab products have been a solid fave so it was inevitable that I'm more than likely going to love this product of theirs too. From a price point, this moisturiser ticks some great boxes, and that it's easily accessible to purchase at your supermarket. But don't be swayed because it is a supermarket line because it does exactly what it says it does. It's not a night moisturiser that's thick and creamy, it's a great light day formulation that is going to be perfect for me when the heat starts to ramp up. I know this cream won't melt off my face when I'm running around at work. Packaged in a 100 ml squeeze tube for easy dispersal and application this lightly scented moisturiser smoothes over my face after cleansing and toning like a dream. My skin just soaks it up and I find it has absorbed almost immediately. The hydration factor is on point and it lasts all day long. For a cheaper moisturiser that doesn't claim all the big things yet covers all the basics one needs for a great daytime moisturiser I believe I'd buy this again.

This is a great product for your face, not an overpowering scent. It glides along your face like silk, and my skin just soaked this up. After a week of use i did find a massive change in the appearance of my skin, it was smoother, softer, had a dewy look about it. Fantastic affordable price point. Not overly price and does exactly as it says. Saw it so many times in the supermarket yet passed on it, and yet i am silly to have to, as now i love this product! Who would have thought a product like this provides long lasting moisture in this light weight daily moisturizer. It was amazing! Also all natural products with no nasties. Which is also a bonus, as you know that it is a product that will not have a chemical reaction.

Upon researching i was pleasantly surprised to see the affordable price tag attached to this one, an affordable everyday moisturiser that quenches you skin. This one really ticks so many box's, it is made with a blend of Macadamia and Rosehip oil designed to strengthen skin against free radicals and helps defend against the external causes of premature ageing, as well as being cruelty free and vegan. I found the moisturiser easy to apply day or night, easily absorbed into my skin and didnt leave a residue, it has a light scent which is a natural scent and it left my skin feeling hydrated. I have used both before bed and in the morning and this also worked well under my foundation and didnt leave my face looking shiny etc. I'm looking forward to continuing to use this one and see if it continues to tick the boxes long term

The design is simple and practical. I like that the moisturiser is in a squeeze tube – I find this easy to use and it lets me dispense the right amount of product to avoid waste. The moisturiser dispenses as a white lotion of medium consistency. The product has a noticeable fragrance – it smells like a blend of essential oils which I quite enjoy, particularly as part of my night-time skin care routine as I find the scent very calming. The moisturiser applies easily to the skin and is very lightweight. The cream skins into the skin right away and feels very comfortable and soothing. I love that this moisturiser includes macadamia, shea butter, vitamin E, and rosehip oil – they’re all great ingredients to help strengthen and defend the skin against free radicals and assist with premature ageing. I used the Glow Lab facial moisturiser both morning and night as the last step in my skincare routine and I’ve loved the results. My skin is looking moisturised, healthy, radiant and feels very soft. While the moisturiser is lightweight, it effectively hydrates my skin while using actives like glycolic acid which can be drying to the skin. I’m very happy with the performance of this moisturiser and plan to continue using it.

This would have been a nice moisturiser that I would always just walk past at the supermarkets, not knowing what I was missing out on! But thanks to BH, this came to me as part of the Best in Beauty box 2021. Boy, was I blown away! It comes in a flip top squeeze tube packaging. You really don't need a lot of it, just pea size is enough for your face and neck. Comes out as a white blob with cream texture that isn't fragranced but doesn't smell in anyway offensive. But magic happens when you rub it in your palms, it turns into clear liquid that absorbs quite quickly into your face! What's even better, it doesn't leave a sticky residue like most conventional moisturisers. It leaves my skin feel moisturised enough through the day under sunscreen and so I no longer have a shine on my face even when I have been outside all day. A light moisturiser that works well, is affordable, and you can pick it up with your groceries. What's not to like!

I love that this is Dermatologically tested, PH Balanced, Vitamin E enriched and contains antioxidants. This is suitable for all skin types. It comes in a 100ml size white soft sqeeze tube, with a black flip top, so easy to hold. It can rest on the lid and sit upright on your vanity or lay flat in a cupboard or drawer. It was so easy to incorporate into my routine every day. I loved that it is a quite thin consistency, so it's easy to smooth onto the face and neck area. It consists of a combination of macadamia and rosehip oils, with vitamin E to enrich the skin and protect against free radicals. I find the scent pleasant and really light. Jasmin and Ylang Ylang, violet and orange coming through. An extremely pleasurable aroma. This will be a nice light Moisturiser to use in the warmer months of the year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Abby from love this product thanks BH for the opportunity to trial this product - its a winner x First off im always loving a pump pack, no fingers in the jarn and d so convenient i used this everywhere, legs, arms, hands, tummy, back - feet :) only place i didnt use it was on my face as i like richer creams for that area it smells great - not overly perfumed, it soaked in fast and def wasn't greasy or oily - i dont have sensitive skin but its a bonus that it suitable for those that do i used a pump of it on my elbows of a night and i think it really made a difference to this area - they were def smoother and softer after a week of doing this everyday - its a great size and the price is sensational - would def buy again love that its Aussie made and owned too :)

I’ve been looking for a new moisturiser so was very interested to try this. It comes in a simple 100ml tube that is easy to squeeze. The branding is minimal and very appealing. It claims to be antioxidant rich, vitamin E enriched and dermatologically tested. It smells incredible- like a bunch of fresh flowers! I checked the ingredients and rosehip, jasmine, daffodil and violet were all listed. The texture feels smooth and creamy and feels lightweight once applied. It hydrated and softened and I really like it. I didn’t think it would be hydrating enough initially but it worked perfectly under my usual sunscreen and makeup routine. If you are looking for a new moisturiser I highly recommend this one. It’s lightly fragranced, natural and cruelty free. The tube and cap are both recyclable too.

I was so excited to try the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser because I have never tried this brand before. What I instantly noticed was how light the moisturiser felt on my fingertips and on my face, the texture was easy to spread and apply all over my face and neck. There is a noticeable faint scent which is pleasant but I only notice it upon application. I really liked the natural ingredients that were used: Macadamia, Rosehip Seed Oil and Shea Butter. When I checked what the ingredients were, I was happy to see that I recognised the majority of the botanical ingredients as opposed to chemicals. Other things that made me like this facial moisturiser more is it is PH balanced, dermatologically tested, and antioxidant rich. Oh, and did I mention that it is enriched with Viatamin E. Winning!

Rated 5 out of 5 by annibaby from Everyday daytime moisturiser I received this as part of the best of beauty team trial. I have seen this brand at at the supermarket and liked the look of the range. So when, I received the facial moisturizer to try I was excited to give this a whirl. The tube is a decent size of 100 ml. I love how it is sealed so you know it has not been tampered with. Looking at the ingredients there are a lot of natural ingredients such as Shea Butter, Soy, Macadamia and Rosehip oils they sounded perfect for dry skin. The texture of the lotion is very light and absorbed quite easily into the skin. It was not oily at all and it not leave looking oily. My skin did not feel sticky and felt smooth to touch. I applied it with upward strokes. The smell of the lotion was a very light floral/nutty scent which, dissipates once applied.

I have combination skins and often when using a new moisturiser I will break out in pimples or have an oil slick on my face but this was not the case with Glow Labs facial moisturiser. After a shower each morning I would apply a small amount of the lotion to my hands, gently applying to my face and neck with light, upward strokes. I like the flip top lid with the tube style pack. It’s easy to use and store. Its suitable for all skin types. Perfect for those looking for a natural moisturiser without the sticky after feel often associated with natural skincare. It contains antioxidants and vitamin e, macadamia and rose hip oils which I love. I don’t like my skincare products to have lots of nasties and chemicals. It’s dermatologically tested and PH balanced and can be found at your local supermarket for around $10 which makes it super affordable. It has a slight floral scent but nothing overpowering. Made in New Zealand

Rated 5 out of 5 by Rk2002 from lightweight everyday moisturiser I was very excited to try out the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser as part of the Beauty Heaven Best in Beauty Trial Team. Thi moisturiser is cruelty free and contains macadamia, reship seed oil, shea butter and Vitamin E. It comes in a plastic tube which makes in easy to dispense exactly how much you would like to use. It is so lightweight that it is almost ages formula. It has a very faint pleasant smell to it. It absorbs extremely quickly and doesnt leave any tacky residue, nor is there any heaviness. Ive been using it consistently day and night and has not caused any skin irritation or breakouts. It also works well under makeup. There is no pilling. It is great for all skin types since it is so lightweight. For dry skin types or winter weather, it may not be enough alone and would probably be best layered over a hydrating serum or oil and a generous amount of this moisturiser applied.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Katek1 from Yet another beautiful Glow Lab product I am a huge fan of Glow Lab products but hadn't yet tried the Facial Moisturiser as I am reluctant to try new face products once I have found success with other ones. You can't take the beauty blogger out of me, so took this as a sign and put aside my tried and tested moisturiser and incorporated the Glow Lab moisturiser into my skincare regime. This facial moisturiser can be used both day and night as it doesn't contain any SPF so I initially tried it as my evening moisturiser along with my prescription Tretinoin. I applied my Tretinoin and once it was dry (about 10 minutes) I applied the Glow Lab facial moisturiser on top. I was pleasantly surprised that my skin felt very soft and supple the next morning and I had no adverse reaction. A few days later I decided to swap out my regular day face moisturiser for this one. I was thrilled that I experienced no pilling with my makeup and my face felt comfortable all day even though I am required to wear a mask all day at work. This is a great test for new products as I find my face gets quite dry and sore due to the masks. I love that this is made in New Zealand and that it is affordable at around $13.50 a 100ml tube. I am happy to continue using this moisturiser both morning and night as it really has performed well for me. Thank you for asking me to trial this :-)

Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser claims that it will punch the skin and provide long lasting hydration for all skin types. I am always skeptical to try new moisturisers on my sensitive, picky and sometimes just angry 40+ skin. I have my Holy Grail products that have stood the test of time (literally!) so when I see an opportunity to try something new I often don't. When I was asked to participate with this trial I said yes in the hope to find something exceptional that was both good for my skin and didn't cost a kidney. This comes in a 100ml tube with a study lid that happily clicks into place. It absorbs quickly into the skin with a very subtle natural botanical smell that is not overpowering but also lets you know its' there. The ingredient list on this moisturiser is sublime with Vitamin E, Rosehip Oil, Ylang Ylang, Orange Peel Oil, Shea Butter and Macadamia Seed Oil to name a few. Despite all the oils there is no oily consistency and it didn't leave my skin feeling oily after the day despite me having a naturally oily T-Zone. I didn't have any breakouts or issues with using this. It kept my skin feeling very hydrated all day even through air conditioned environments and winter! It's lovely to find a product that will do what it claims at a price point that I have seen much higher for less quality.

Rated 5 out of 5 by onlyoni from Good boost of hydration I received a tube of Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser in the recent Best in Beauty Awards 2021 trial box. I have used this product before so I decided to use only this moisturiser every day over the 12 days I had to trial it to obtain maximum results. The only other products I used on my face and neck after cleansing each morning were a toner, eye cream and sunscreen. This silky smooth moisturiser is more like a lotion and only a small amount is needed to cover my face and neck. It is easy to massage gently into my skin, absorbs quite quickly and doesn’t leave any greasy or sticky residue. I wait about ten minutes before applying my sunscreen which applies easily without pilling or flaking. This moisturiser provides a good boost of hydration, leaving my skin looking and feeling smooth, soft and supple all day. My mature combination skin looks nourished and radiant without looking shiny. I feel it’s a good time to be using this moisturiser now that spring has sprung and it is a little warmer because it is so lightweight and effective, and I think this will be my go-to moisturiser during summer. I like that this moisturiser is packed with natural ingredients, is dermatologically tested, is vegan and that is has a subtle floral scent.

And good timing because I was looking to buy a new moisturiser. I really love their simple and clean branding which tells you what you need to know and doesn’t over promise. I also really like that the packaging is recyclable and it’s made in NZ! For a daily moisturiser, it’s a really great product. Is a light formular that really soaks in to my skin quickly. At first I used a bit more than I probably needed because I wasn’t super sure it was hydrating enough, but after a few days I worked out the right amount. As it soaks in quickly (and I am used to something more oil based) it was a little bit of an adjustment for me, but really like it after a week of use. My skin feels fresh and looks healthy. I’ve had no blemishes come up as a result of the change of product which gives me great confidence in it.

Thank you Beauty Heaven ! I have to be careful with facial products, as I have very sensitive facial skin, and any "nasties" can result in and angry, red rash which is difficult to heal. Happily, Glow Lab moisturiser is dermatologically tested, P.H. balanced and contains Macadamia, Rosehip seed oil, and vitamin E, so is both calming, and non irritating. It is easily applied from the flip top tube, and is very quickly absorbed. I have been using this as my daily moisturiser, and as it is non greasy, it's great for under makeup. A bonus, and great to know, is that it is cruelty free, which to me is an absolute must for products of today. Would I recommend this product ? Yes for sure, as it is a good quality, affordable and effective moisturiser.

I wear makeup and it can cause issues like sliding, balling and making my eyes water during the day. I am pleased to report that this moisturiser played really nicely and I had none of these issues. It layers well with my makeup, macadamia, rosehip seed oil, shea butter and vitamin E not only make it smell beautiful but leaves your skin feeling silky, smooth and hydrated. I applied it daily to my face and décolletage. The squeeze tube made it easy to use and not waste. The formula is light and absorbs quickly without clogging it up so it will be perfect for summer time when my skin becomes oily. Glow Lab is New Zealand made, cruelty-free and recyclable. I would love to try more of this brand because this moisturiser loved my skin as much as I loved it.

It absorbs well, and does not leave a greasy layer which is good in Summer time when I get really hot and sweaty - nothing worse than greasy cream and sweat mixing together. You can also easily apply make up after. I like that it does contain Vitamin E and rosehip oil which are all good properties for good skincare, however, I still feel the need for SPF and some anti-wrinkle properties. So, during the day, I would use this with a serum and SPF if I am heading outdoors (couldn't be bothered during lockdown!) and at night, I use serum only. I generally do prefer a thicker cream at night but I have been using this for now. My face does feel hydrated and moisturised after using this cream.

I have been using this moisturiser every morning and night, for the past ten day. I like the smell of this product, it has fragrance from a blend of essential oils. It comes in a 100ml plastic tube with a flip top lid and is very easy to use – I just apply it to my face after cleansing. It is a very light moisturised which absorbs quickly and does not leave any residue. With daily use, I noticed how my skin is so much smoother and softer than before, it definitely provides long lasting hydration. I love the fact that it has a blend of macadamia, rosehip seed oil and sea butter, boosted with vitamin E. I look forward to continue to use this product, and I will definitely repurchase it and recommend it to my family and friends.

After washing my face I tried the facial moisturiser and was impressed at how moisturising and nourishing it felt without leaving a greasy residue. The packaging is white and black and is in a squeeze style which makes it very quick and easy to use. I noticed an improvement in the brightness and plumpness of my skin as it looked more healthy and less dull. I used it morning and night on my face and décolletage. It is so important to use a moisturiser, especially one that is light and has minimal additives. I feel confident wearing this moisturiser and it is gender nutral. The scent is fresh and appealing and I think this appeals to all demographics as it is basic and modern. Very happy with this moisturiser for the face. A everyday essential for everyone.

I’m always up to trying another facial moisturiser so when I received the Glow Lab I was keen to see how it would perform especially under makeup. I like the fact that this moisturiser contains a powerful blend of macadamia, rosehip seed oil and shea butter, boosted with vitamin E to soothe and protect the skin. It comes in a plastic tube and I love the fact that it has a flip top lid. It makes it so easy and fuss free to apply. The scent is kind of nutty which is probably because of the macadamia, so I am pleased that this moisturiser has a scent which is not too strong. A small amount is all that is needed to cover the face and neck. It absorbs fairly quickly and leaves the skin feeling smooth and nourished. Although it leaves a bit of a glow it is not at all greasy. I use the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser during my morning skincare routine because it is not heavy and it works well with layering. My primer and foundation apply well over the top and stays in place all day. I think the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser is a lovely product and I have no hesitation in recommending it. It is great to wear on its own or under makeup. The cream absorbs nicely into the skin and doesn't leave any residue behind. I just wish it had SPF because I like my products to have both as it makes my skincare routine much easier. Overall, it is a really nice light moisturiser and I would recommend it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Gilliey from Natural Moisturiser-not too heavy This is a really lovely product which Beautyheaven send me to trial as part of the 2021 Best In Beauty Awards. I really liked the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser. This product is in a tube containing 100ml. This tube is off white with Glow Lab largely written in black and below is written in gold Facial Moisturiser. The signage is no fuss and shows that this is dermatologically tested, antioxidant rich, ph balanced and enriched with vitamin E. It is a blend of science and nature and has really lovely ingredients such as Macadamia, Rosehip Seed Oil and Shea Butter all of which makes for a great moisturiser. These are ingredients I often look for in beauty products. The directions are to apply daily after cleansing and it is suggested to apply over a facial serum for extra hydration. The cream/lotion is a whitish shade with little scent. I found by using a small amount and massaging in lightly my face and neck area felt lovely. It absorbed well and didn't feel heavy. I perhaps would have liked to see an SPF factor included but non the less I loved this Glow Lab product (I've used others of their products and like them too), another in a great brand which iis made in New Zealand.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Am1851 from My Go To moisturiser I received the Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser as part of the 2021 Best in Beauty Awards trial team. I have been using this product for over one year now and find it my best go to moisturiser by far. There is no noticeable fragrance, the moisturiser is silky soft and smooth and very easy to apply. Only a very small dot is needed to smooth over the face as it does go quite a long way. It is described as scientifically blended botanicals that quench the skin providing long lasting hydration and protection for all skin types. My skin is very sensitive and I can attest to these claims. I also blend it with the Glow Lab Serum, just a drop or two and a very small dab of moisturiser and find this gives me the best results combining both products together. It takes a couple of minutes to absorb into the skin and dry but then it leaves the skin feeling very soft and smooth and ready for applying make up or just going to bed at night. I use this routine both mornings and evenings on a clean face.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Jessie-as from Affordable, everyday product I picked this up at the Best in Beauty marketplace and the rep really sold me on its ingredients - it is made of naturally derived ingredients and totally cruelty free. I had never heard of Glow Lab before, but I would never have guessed this is just a supermarket brand. It comes in a nice and cleanly designed white and black tube, and the product itself smells really gorgeous and floral but not overpowering, with the scent fading pretty quickly after application so you don't have to deal with it clashing with your perfume. I have sensitive and dry skin - while I still have to supplement this with serums and night masks, it's a really good addition to my morning skin-care routine and doesn't negatively affect my skin in any way. It seeps into the skin quickly without being oily or tacky. Definitely would recommend as an affordable, everyday moisturiser!

To be honest, I was not expecting Glow Lab Facial Moisturiser will be good for me because the texture felt a little bit creamy when I tried on my hands during Best in Beauty Event 2019. After using the moisturiser at home, finally I'm convinced that it can be used on my combination skin. The moisturiser is 100ml & packed in a white tube & black lid. I love the front look on the packaging ( descent font size letters, some rose gold reflecting fonts and specifications on the product with tiny images). It's very easy to use this cream because my skin absorbs it fast & leaves me feeling light and hydrated. I have use the cream during the day and also at night and both times my face didn't get oily. The formula is designed for all skin types so anyone that needs a budget friendly facial moisturiser, can try this!

I had seen this brand on the supermarket shelves but never thought to try it but now pleasantly surprised by the quality of this product and will be trying more of their range. Packaging of this large 100ml size tube with a flip top lid is very simplistic and no nonsense. First impression at the event was how lovely it smelt – more like a hand or body cream and I wish this scent was available in those products! I initially applied this at night as I was trialling another moisturiser in the morning. Used after applying a serum. It’s quite a lightweight moisturiser and only a small amount is needed and you can apply it liberally over your face, neck and chest. I found it to be very moisturizing and not surprising as it contains macadamia, rosehip seed oil and shea butter, boosted with vitamin E, The fragrance is an essential oil blend of jasmine, daffodil, ylang ylang, orange, violet and clove leaf. As you can see it contains a multitude of natural ingredients. And after using it for over a week at night time, I’ve switched to using it in the morning after my morning serum. It sits well underneath my makeup and I find it to be a lovely day moisturiser due to it being lightweight. As it doesn’t contain an SPF, I use one over it. Product is a great price and not even on special! Very impressed and will keep a look out for other items in the range to pick up when on special – benefit of supermarket brands! Proves that a product doesn’t have to be triple the price to be effective.
