[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first felt these pants to be bulky & not discreet, but after putting on my normal pajamas, I realised that they did not show! They are easy you get into (simply don as any other pants). On the packet, it advised to remove by ripping open the sides. However I don't have enough strength to do this & found that the usual way of stepping out of the pants worked perfectly well for me. This is because even when full, there is no leakage. I can verify that Always Discreet Underwear Night Pants for Sensitive Bladders are very effective and do exactly what they advertise.

I suffer psoriasis in/on my girly bits and the medication I take, makes me have little accidents. These pants draw the moisture away from my skin leaving it dry and reduced the irritation hugely. They didn't tear when being pulled up like other brands, are soft on the skin and I forgot I even had them on. No red marks in the morning and no odour. The quality is really good. The pants are really well made with a lovely feel both inside and out.
