I don't think I will buy these. I also so found it confusing that there is a certain way the pad should be worn according the patterning on top of the pad, but there is no directions or signage to let you know.

Odor control is strong to mask any sneaky smells. Discreet is so thin you don’t realize it is there. Wearing discreet gives you confidence to go about your day and manage any leaks through sneezing, laughing or coughing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fresh [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the easy to see tab to open products & easy pull apart opening to product container but when will companies give us a pack of 14 instead of 10 so you get an even weeks supply x2.The fragrance is a lovely surprise always feel fresh although the product sits comfortably & extra long you have to be careful how you place it I felt at times it didnt feel as breathable as other pads I have tried .I like how they are easy to tell front from back by the shape.I would consider buying these.

Bladder leaking it is the most embarrassing time and now I do not to worry about any leaking when I was out. I would recommend this product to all my friends.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was nicely surprised when I opened my packet of always discreet for sensitive bladder as the was this beautiful soft fragrance, and There were 12 pads in the packet all individually wrapped and easy to open so you could use the wrapping later for disposal, I got the normal odour control. pad. I was quite surprised when I opened one. They were nice and long as some are way to short, Plus they had protective sides which would stop any leakage. I found them very comfortable to wear. I did not feel as though I was wearing a pad, They are nice and thin and can be worn all day with concordance. I can certainly recommend them to anyone with a sensitive bladder,.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dry and clean [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm impressed with this great pad. Consistently kept me dry and feeling less like an old lady. I am able to do so many things I have avoided due to the bulkier pads that show whilst wearing tights and active wear. I am especially happy with the way the constant hint of urine perfume I have is totally absent while wearing these. They don't shift once placed in position so I felt always comfortable and confident.I highly recommend that you try these for both day and overnight.

It's so essential for me because I work on the road and have limited options to go to the toilet for hours at a time. The pads have a pleasant scent and gave me even more confidence about using them every day. The pads were distinctively different to others I've used, with a nice lilac coloured tattoo pattern which I felt was distinctly feminine.I tried them straight away because they were on my next shopping list any way. I liked the feel of them initially, but felt that they were a little scratchy after a few hours. They're definitely light to wear, and were effective in catching the leakage.I will probably try the long night time ones too because my leakage doesn't stop just because I'm asleep. The smaller ones are great for day time use only. Did it improve my confidence during the day? Yes I think it did!

My first impressions when opening the packaging were very positive, nice desgins and a pleasant but not overwhelming scent. They fit well and are comfortable to wear and give me confidence to go about my day and sneeze or cough or laugh!

I like the fresh feel of them on my sensitive area and have felt more confident about being out and about all day for work.On my heavier day, yesterday, I changed the pad at lunch time because I over indulged in too much coffee and had a bit more LBL in the morning.I still feel the pads get a little scratchy by late afternoon. I haven't had any leakage and when accidents happen, I feel confident enough not to rush to a toilet and check now. I have to admit though that I did run to the toilet and check on the first full day.I love the light scent and the pad packaging just as much as I did when I received it.

I was worried that they might not be as I usually just use LBL liners but I was pleasantly surprised that they were really thin and comfortable so even though the absorbency was more than I need, they were still comfortable to wear. I do have some experience with pads of this absorbency however as I had need of something more absorbent after a hysterectomy via laparotomy (like a C-section) that caused a lot of trauma to my pelvic floor. The pads I used were not nearly as comfortable or flexible as the Always Discreet or as comfortable. The other nice thing about the Always Discreet is the soft fragrance which kept me feeling fresh all day. If they make the liner available in Australia I will definitely be switching to Always instead of my usual liners.

So far I have had nothing but a positive experience with this product. No dramas, simple, easy & pleasant to use, somewhere between a normal liner and pad. Would reccommend for others for use in pregnancy.

I was able to do some gentle exercise with confidence. Great packet size made travelling easy and able to slip them easily into my handbag. Rated 5 out of 5 by from Every day protection with a lovely light fragrance [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always discreet pads have given me the confidence to go about my day without the fear of bladder leakage and the odd embarrassing spill that seeps out of my other pads from time to time. Other pads were either too bulky and uncomfortable especially in tight fitting trousers or too thin that they allowed leaks on to my underwear and clothes. Always discreet has solved both those problems and more. They are thin enough that they don’t show at all inside my clothing and they are super absorbent so that there is no fluid seeping through. I love that they are long, as most other pads are too short for me, especially the thinner ones. The extra length gives me security without extra bulk. Most of all I love the fragrance! Even after a leak I have no odour but a lovely lingering fragrance that makes me feel so fresh. I always feel dry with Always discreet pad’s amazing technology that soaks the liquid into the core and away from my body. Individually wrapped, I can pop a couple into my handbag to give me extra security when and if I need them on the run. Always discreet pads will become my new form of protection and I can’t wait until they’re on the market. I will definitely be purchasing more and letting all my friends know about them!

I found I never leaked with them and also I loved that they were thin and you couldnt see them when wearing tight clothing. Found that they never moved and I didnt have to keep changing them alot which is good when you are out and about.

They are beautifully packaged and at first I was a little put off and cautious by the scent as I try to avoid scented products in that area but they caused zero issues the scent was a nice addition. I am fairly active as of late so tend to have a lot of leakage but these did their job and there wasn't any unpleasant smells. For my personal circumstances these were a little thick so I would definitely love to try the liners when they are available in the supermarkets. If they are like the pads but significantly thinner I would definitely switch from the brand I currently use. These would be great as a backup prior to period being due though as with my leakage issues I can't wear period only liners so these would be fantastic for that purpose so would purchase them for those times. Thanks for the opportunity to review overall a fantastic product I would both reccomend and use again.

I've tested these in many situations from vigorous exercise to sneezing to just not quite being able to hold on long enough and they've performed perfectly. I'm able to go about my day with more confidence knowing I have that extra protection to get me through what would otherwise be a very embarrassing situation. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who needs it, and let's face it ladies, we're all going to need it at some point.

After my first trial day I was surprised at how little I noticed wearing them. I actually thought I’d forgotten to wear one . As They fit snuggly in my pants are soft and manageable. Great product for Ladies who don't do or forget to do their kegel exercise. .Because of the length of these bladder leakage I feel they are more suited to night time wear. The length is more like the night time menstrual pads. In saying that they do work well. I haven't had the chance to wear these with bike pants but I don't think they would not be that Discreet because of the length. As far as the outer Packaging goes, I needed scissors to open them. Some other brands use a perforated edge. Not great if you are in a hurry to use it & the pack isn't open. I really don't want to take scissors with me into the bathroom. I liked how every 2nd pad has a different coloured wrapper. I also liked when you open the pack there is no white tab to pull to release the adhesive. The wrapper is releasing the adhesive. Yay for less packaging. The one thing I didn't like is the lavender-coloured ruffed edge closest to your thighs looks similar to a nappy. I don't want to reminded of this. I found it confusing that the barcode on the outer packaging is for Japan made products but the product is Made in Germany.

As soon as I opened the box I smell that nice fragrance coming from the pads. They are super thin and I hardly feel that I am wearing any pads. The sticky part is great and they don't move and leave their place like other pads. All in all I totally recommend it.

The pleasant fragrance was very obvious to me as soon as I opened the package. Experience tells me that odour control is an important part of managing bladder leaks so I felt confident that this product had that covered. The size of the product was very thin as expected, although it was slightly longer than would have anticipated for light leakage, however remains a very sound choice when the bladder is less well-behaved. I experience most bladder leakage just before a period (partly hormonal I've discovered as estrogen drops and collagen etc is most 'weak'/flexible around the pelvic muscles) so am going to have to wait to really put this one through it's paces!

These Always Discreet pads are small, comfortable, discreet, odour free & leakproof and they will be in my shopping trolley on June 17 2020 because I will be replacing my regular big incontinence pads with Always Discreet pads for protection from bladder leakage during day and night.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from One week to change my opinion [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the liners for a week now, and am confident that I will purchase them next time I need liners. I prefer liners because they are thin and discreet, and there are no tell tale signs I'm even wearing a pad. Always Discreet gives me confidence to go about my daily routine, helps me feel protected and is so discreet I forget I'm wear a pad/liner. They are soft to touch and after having a few long days at work, I know I can not feel worried that there is any leakage.This liner is something I would recommend to other women like me who need the security of dry underwear during a long day out and about. I plan on buying the liners in the future and definitely intend to try the longer ones too. Thanks for this opportunity to review AD liners MOM!
