Recommended consumption in one day: 1 serve

Directions for use:
Add 3 g (1 teaspoon) into 300mL of water and shake/stir. Consume within 20 minutes after a training session. Replace lid immediately after use. We recommend that all servings be measured using an accurate set of scales.
