Payment Methods
My Chemist online accepts PayPal, MasterCard, Visa and BPAY.
If you have access to internet or phone banking, why not use BPAY? My Chemist receives a file from the bank each morning telling us of all the completed transactions that have occurred in the last 24 hours. On receipt of this payment, the order is processed and dispatched.
Phone Orders
My Chemist also accepts orders via phone.
Orders can be placed via phone by calling 1300 367 283 8am to 7pm (Qld time) Monday to Friday or 9am to 4pm Sat and Sun. We accept Visa, Mastercard and BPay.

We utilise the internationally recognised Secure Server certificate (SSL) technology to ensure customers' security. My Chemist uses Adyen Payment Gateway Service. This system uses the industry's best security methods and practises. All credit card numbers are housed within a secure environment. We never record a copy of your credit card details.
Credit Policy
My Chemist will cover the cost of freight of returned items where the mistake has been ours. My Chemist will accept returns of products within 7 days with proof of purchase. Goods must be in acceptable condition and My Chemist must be contacted prior to sending.
Medications, Vitamins, Consumable Products, Baby Formula and Fragrances cannot be exchanged or refunded. All other lines ordered incorrectly by customer, can be refunded if informed within 7 days of dispatch and in it’s original condition on return. Postage will be paid for by customer.
Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to assess the damage and to work out a solution. You may be requested to provide of photograph of your item/s and /or delivery package to aid a speedy resolution.
For returns under Australian Consumer Law, please contact our Customer Service Team to arrange collection of the item/s to be delivered back to our Warehouse for assessment, exchange, repair or refund.
