Ingredients

Spandex fabric with soft thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) gel insert.

Directions

Slip over the toes, with the gel on the bottom of the foot. The gel will align under the lesser toe joints under the ball of the foot.

Reusable  -  we  recommend  washing  the  product  with  warm  water  and  soap  followed  by  air  drying.
