This practitioner only dietary supplement contains activated B vitamins that help support your energy levels and relieve tiredness and fatigue. Ingredients also include withania (also known as ashwagandha), traditionally used in Ayurvedic medicine to help the body respond to stress. Women's Essentials also supports healthy immune system function and skin health. Adults: Take one capsule two times a day for your general health and wellbeing.

This medication may be dangerous when used in large amounts or for a long period of time. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The recommended daily amount of vitamin A from all sources is 700 micrograms retinol equivalents for women and 900 micrograms retinol equivalents for men. WARNING - When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects. Contains lactose and sulfites.
