What is DryEars?

DryEars Swimmer's Ear Prevention Spray formula provides a fast & convenient way to dry out the excess moisture in the ear that can be experienced after showering, bathing, and other aquatic activities.

When sprayed after water exposure, DryEars effectively reaches the ear canal, drying excess moisture and restoring normal pH to prevent microbial growth and inhibit infection.

What is Swimmer's Ear?

Swimmer's Ear (otitis externa) is an infection or inflammation external ear canal.
It can be caused by exposure to water which can collect in the ear canal after any aqutic activities such as bathing, showering, swimming, surfing or diving.

The wet ear canal provides the right environment for fungi and bacteria to grow and cause infection.

Symptoms can include ear pain, itchiness, weakened hearing and redness of the external ear.

Ethanol (alcohol) mixes with the water in the ear to help it evaporate. Glycerol (glycerin) prevents the skin from drying out while acetic acid helps to stop the growth of bacteria and fungus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Relief in a spray After contacting swimmers ear overseas for the first time in my life, I contended with one year of recurring problems after swimming in one ear mostly. I wish my doctor had actually put me on this as a preventative measure. Recently due to go overseas and loaded up with all sorts including this product, initially I wore silicone ear plugs because I was too nervous to swim without those then I sprayed once they were out. Eventually I thought I had to swim without them and just use this spray. There were no issues whatsoever with my ears, I also used this spray after showering just to ensure everything stayed as dry as possible. I highly recommend this spray it has now allowed me to swim freely once again and taken away the stress of the aching ear/s problem.
