Ingredients

Each 1 mL dose contains:
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 500 micrograms

No added sulfites, soy bean products, wheat, gluten, yeast, animal products, milk derivatives, eggs, lactose, sugars, artificial colours and flavours.

Contains potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate and alcohol (5.7 % v/v).

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Directions

Adults: Shake well before use. Spray 1 mL (2 sprays) under the tongue 1-2 times daily, or as directed by your health professional. Hold liquid under tongue for 5 seconds before swallowing.

The problem is the spray nozzle just leak’s & runs so very hard to get it under the tongue as it directs. The result is wasting a lot of it. Not sure if I just got a dud or whether it’s a problem with all of the nozzles.

But it comes with a bright red color, and I don't like the intense taste. I wish they would make it taste less strong and would get rid of the color. Otherwise great product, and Australian made too!
