When combined with a ketogenic lifestyle (30g net carbs a day) these capsules work wonders for me and help me keep in ketosis on those days I go over my carb limit. Obviously this is my personal experience and everyone is different, but when used correctly they do their job. These capsules are unlikely to show results alone, as they are used to enhance ketosis and aren't a stand-alone 'diet pill'.
