Specifically formulated for mature skin with twice the Hydrolysed Collagen of our original Beauty Collagen tablets (per daily dose) plus skin care heroes Vitamin A (Bio-retinol) and antioxidant Vitamin C. If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Directions

I've been taking a product for 20 years that I used to purchase overseas which will be very hard to beat.

However when I got them home not only are the tablets HUGE but the recommended dose is 4 a day! INSANE! So, if I could actually stomach swallowing these super large tablets (which I cant) a pack would only last 15 days... Don't bother.
