This premium quality formula contains chamomile, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to relax the mind, soothe the nerves, and support healthy sleeping patterns. Available in a delicious, chewable tablet it also contains magnesium to support muscle relaxation when dietary intake is inadequate.

After one night bam slept though, we now give it to her every night and at max she has 1 wake up. Seriously changed our lives. Wish they made it in a gummy though, she hates the taste and it is very chalky
