I read the reviews and decided it would be worthwhile trying. I don't take random vitamins and wasn't expecting a lot, but I am so glad I did because these have really helped me with the fatigue I often felt. They are pleasant to take and dissolve so its getting absorbed quickly. I am going to continue with these because they really have helped.
