General Information

DermaVeen Sensitive Relief Eczema Ointment soothes irritation, relieves itch and forms a protective barrier for skin.

DermaVeen Sensitive Relief Eczema Ointment is specifically formulated for mild eczema flare ups and offers symptomatic relief in 3 ways:

1. A glove-like protective shield forms over the skin to lock in moisture.
2. Helps relieve itch and irritation.
3. Moisture binding Colloidal Oatmeal rehydrates skin.

Suitable For: Vegan friendly. Suitable for all skin types including dry, flaky, itchy, cracked skin and skin prone to dermatitis or eczema. For infants, children and adults and for all-over body and face use.

Directions

BUT... the irritation on my face and hands was instantly relieved, my skin was hydrated, and when the oiliness wore off my skin was baby soft. I don't like oily products usually but this one I've gotten used to very quickly and am enjoying the results. I will definately purchase again. Note - I don't have eczema, I have very dry irritated skin due to winter and excessive handwashing.

Can feel a little greasy if you put a lot on or already have well moisturised skin but after a while it gets absorbed. I don’t have eczema so can’t comment on that but I will most likely purchase again for my dry sensitive skin.

This ointment was easy to use - it doesnt smell and doesnt go on any thicker than a normal ointment. My itchiness eased pretty quickly and felt soothed when I applied the product and after a few days of using it a few times a day the eczema was almost gone which is pretty good. I bought it on sale for just over $10 and for a tub this size that is pretty good value.

I have ezcema (which isnt terrible) but when I get it, it sticks around a lot and I usually have to use a few products to get rid of it. This ointment was really good because it managed to calm it down in a few days and within a week my eczema was gone. It is a bit oily (like vaseline consistency) but this was good because my skin did not dry out.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great sensitive eczema product that anyone can use. I recently tried the Eczema ointment on both myself and my daughter and found that it worked really well. The product is an ointment which was the main benefit for me, as I know from experience that ointments help to form a barrier to seal the skin; and this ointment definitely didn't disappoint. It glides on smoothly and isn't too thick, so its not sticky or tacky. It doesn't have any fragrance and basically doesn't have any smell so it was perfect to use on my 2 year old. When I tried it my daughter had moderate eczema and it was great - her eczema gets worse when it is scratchy and also when her skin is dry so after using for two days it was great to notice that she wasn't flaring up and that her skin had started to rehydrate.
