Schisandra chinensis (Schisandra) fruit - 500mg
Panax ginseng (Korean ginseng) root - 500mg

Directions

Adults, take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fine but Highlight 'Brain & Memory' I have now taken Brahmi for over 40 years and have felt brighter and more alert. The word Brahmi literately translates to 'that which improves intelligence' now that may or may not be the case however, I do suggest that as a memory and brain supplement it can rest on it's laurels. It was so good to find this particular product being available in Australia at such a competitive price.

I have passed info onto other friends who used brahmi before. The recall in memory is great. I have 3 kids that went to Universary and the said that thanks to brahmi it made there studies easy to remember and kept the stress level low.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not sure if it works I know very well about the benefits of Brahmi herb but this particular brand has not helped much. It would be unfair to say that this brand but there are many other brands in the market which I tried before finding a right brand which works. I am not writing that brand name here as I am not an ambassador of that but if this product does not work, dont think that Brahmi does not work. Brahmi does help.
