Vitamin C reduces common cold duration and relieves the severity of common cold symptoms. As an antioxidant Vitamin C reduces free radicals formed in the body. Supplied in a great tasting chewable tablet that is flavoured with New Zealand sourced blackcurrant.

Total Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C): 500mg.
Ribes Nigrum (Blackcurrant) fruit powder: 20mg.

Contains: Glucose, sucralose and sulfites.

Directions

Adults: Chew 2 tablets, once daily. Tablets should be chewed not swallowed whole.Or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.

Everything from chemist warehouse must be longer than 6 months expired date. This is what I was told before purchasing. However, I was didn't get any refund. I would not recommend anyone to purchase online because you can't even know the expired date of each products.
