Harmony Menopause Day and Night is a synergistic blend of Chinese (and Western) herbs, plus Vitamin D, calcium and magnesium.

Ingredients

Each DAY tablet contains extracts equivalent to the dried:
Rehmannia glutinosa root: 1.2g
Vitex angus-castus fruit (Chaste Tree) 100mg
Angelica polymorpha root (Dong Quai) 200mg
Dioscorea oppoita root (Chinese Yam) 200mg
Paeonia lactiflora root (Peony) 200mg
Bupleurum falcatum root 200mg
Also including naturally derived excipients:

Calcium hydrogen phosphate 350gm (Equiv calcium 81.6mg)
Calcium amino acid chelate 50mg (Equiv calcium 10mg)
Magnesium amino acid chelate 50mg (Equiv magnesium 10mg)
Cholecalciferol 2.5mcg (Vitamin D3 100IU)
Each NIGHT TABLET contains:
Rehmannia glutinosa root 7.6g
Ziziphus jujuba seed 10g
Naturally derived excipients:

Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose: sodium, collodial anhydrous silica, magnesium stearate, carnauba wax, tablet coating-proprietary ingredient (Day table PI 4856, Night table PI 111403). Night tablet also contains calcium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate.

Contains: Free from wheat, gluten and dairy.

Directions

Take 2 DAY tablets in the morning.
Take 1 NIGHT tablet in the evening.
Or take as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

USAGE ADVICE

Tablets can be taken with water or juice, before meals or at least one hour after meals.

I decided to try these herbal supplements to treat my menopausal symptoms I’ve only been on them now for 6 days and I’ve already noticed a drastic reduction in my hot flushes, I feel less anxious and irritable and get a much better nights sleep. I’ll keep taking them as they’ve really helped me through this horrendous peri menopause/ menopause time. Highly recommend if you don’t want the cancer risks of taking HRT.

I was sweating non stop and the hot flushes were unbearable I sank to a bad low. After taking this after a while the symptoms lessened and I felt so much better than last summer. I was desperate and this was recommended at a pharmacy. It takes a good 6 weeks to show signs but my symptoms have reduced and I am sleeping better. I would recommend this product.
