I have notice tho , the product is a lot runnier than it used to be and not seeming to leave my hair feeling as luxurious as it used to. I am continuing to use it as it suits my scalp.

The texture has always been thick and creamy and great for my hair. I noticed at CW that this same product was available at a much cheaper price than what i have been paying so decided to buy it. The contents are watery and do NOTHING for my hair. I have given the bottle a shake but it is still watery. I have been in touch with Loreal and they said that you are not on their 'approved stockist' list so i am best to make contact with you. This is an extremely disappointing outcome and i hope we can sort something out. And, in case you are wondering, I have not kept the receipt.
