They were excruciating. I tried a number of different typical remedies which didn’t work, but after two applications of this stuff, my hands had improved almost 100% (maybe 90%) and continued to heal. At the first sign of any ongoing skin aggravation, I use this again and it settles it all down. Highly recommend it. It does exactly what it says.
