I really appreciate that they have the directional label instructions on every single one as there may be an occasion where you might need to give one to someone or someone might give one to you. They fit nicely into most larger underwear and absorb quite a lot. I found them to be multi-purpose as they can be used as period pads also. I feel confident that I won’t have leaks as I walk around at my job which is predominantly labour intensive. These ones are slightly longer than the less absorbent pads.
