I’ve now taken it daily for about three months, but noticed the difference it made more obviously at first. This may be because I’ve become used to feeling so much better? During the first month or so, I would feel it’s effect in my head shortly after taking it and went easy, skipping a day here and there even though this was not an unpleasant sensation.
