How to take charge with Rhinocort?

Rhinocort Original Strength

1. Clear

Gently blow nose to clear nostrils. Shake the bottle well and remove protective cap. If first time use or after a period of non-use, prime the spray by spraying several pumps into the air.

2. Tilt

Tilt head slightly forward and gently insert nozzle tip into nostril. Aim nozzle away from middle of nose (septum) and direct into nasal passage, towards the back of nose.

3. Spray

To spray, press down firmly on the nozzle whilst gently breathing in through the nose. Repeat to required dose. Avoid sniffing hard during or after spraying.

4. Repeat

Repeat steps 3-4 in the other nostril. Remember to wipe the tip clean with a tissue before recapping and store upright.

Rhinocort Original Hayfever & Allergy Non-Drowsy Nasal Spray helps to prevent and relieve sneezing, blocked, runny or itchy nose caused by hayfever and year round allergies. Apply four sprays into each nostril daily either all in the morning or two sprays into each nostril in the morning and evening.

Rhinocort Original Hayfever & Allergy Non-Drowsy Nasal Spray prevents and provides relief from frustrating hayfever and allergy symptoms which typically include sneezing, itchy and watery eyes, and an itchy, runny or blocked nose. This value pack comes with 2 x 120 spray bottles of Rhinocort Original Hayfever & Allergy Non-Drowsy Nasal Spray.

USAGE ADVICE

Some are over the counter and some are prescription medications with some of these affecting me so badly my tongue or my throat swell which causes me more breathing difficulty. I always come back to Rhinocort because it is so very gentle on irritated mucous membranes and it does not contain alcohol. I could not be without my Rhinocort. There is no horrible after taste of product running down my throat. Just RELIEF :-)
