Supports energy production, vitality and general health & wellbeing. Assists carbohydrate metabolism. Contains antioxidants which help reduce formation of free radicals formed in the body & free radical damage made to body cells.

After Powder:
A blend of electrolytes, selected vitamins, turmeric and ginger.
Supports energy production and general health & wellbeing. Traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to support healthy digestion and help relieve symptoms of motion/travel sickness in adults.

The recommended daily dose of this product contains 174.95 mg of elemental sodium. The recommended daily dose of this product contains 78.65 mg of elemental potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Seek medical advice if diarrhoea persists for more than 48 hrs in adults. Directions

Before Powder - Adults: One 5 g sachet daily. Add sachet contents to 250 ml of water. Mix well then drink immediately.
After Powder - Adults: One 5 g sachet daily. Add sachet contents to 100 ml of water. Mix well then drink immediately.

I drank a bottle of my usual champagne, maybe it was a bit too much but it is what I usually do. I got my usual hangover the next day that was not helped by the”after “. Still I suppose these things aren’t supposed to work on everyone .
