Warnings

Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (Contains Vitamin B6). Contains potassium (55 mg/5 g). Vitamin and/or mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Best consumed within 30 days of opening. Store below 25C.

Directions

Directions: Adults: Mix 1 scoop (5g) of powder into 100-200mL water or juice. Consume 1-2 times daily. Best consumed at night to support muscle health.

I only had this page up because I had googled what it tasted like to prepare myself. I'm having it with water and it's kind of mildly citrus-y. I would imagine it would be undetectable if you had it in juice

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Trialling this product instead of Nature’s own mag powder to compare results. So far haven’t seen a difference even though this has magnesium in more “digestible” form. Kids like the natures own flavour more, this is a bit gross. My other concern is that this company say they are “Australian owned” and “trusted by Australians for 50yrs”, yet they don’t tell us where it’s actually made. There website has a link too a completely Chinese bioglan website, hmmmm, could it be a Chinese made powder in disguise? Awaiting an email reply from them.
