General Information

This formula:
Contains Vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 which are involved in energy production in the body
Contains Vitamin B5, which may be beneficial during times of stress
Contains nutrients to support the health and function of the nervous system

Features
Mega B+ contains B vitamins which support the health and function of the nervous system.
Vitamin B5 supports the adrenal glands in the making of adrenal hormones that counteract the stress response.
Vitamin B6 is involved in the synthesis of several neurotransmitters, such as serotonin, GABA and dopamine.
B Group vitamins are water soluble, so are not stored in the body and daily intake is necessary.

Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.

Some B Vitamin products are not capsulised and can leave a very bitter taste in the mouth, so this is a huge plus for me that, that does not happen. The capsule is working well and I am feeling great!!
