Directions

- Wind 45cm of Oral-B dental floss around middle fingers.
- Gently slide floss between teeth and under the gumline. Curving floss around the tooth, use an up-and-down motion to remove plaque and debris.
- Repeat between all teeth contacts, advancing floss

It is not too thin like some others which have hurt my gum. I have to twist it around my finger at least 3 times so it does not slip out - that's OK. Happy to use this floss.

It also is very easy to use and gets in all the gaps and cracks of your teeth to give you an experience unlike any other out there to clean your teeth well and keep your mouth fresh from nasty left over food in there. The Cool Mint flavour is something that really does give you a minty cool freshness in your mouth and leaves your mouth being fresh most of all. Its something that is helpful and also easy to apply into other devices to make your flossing experience much easier to do here. The packaging is strong and it also provides a good keep safe to make it portable to take it everywhere you want to go with. The tape is strong and without any faults at all. Breaking it is pretty hard without a sharp tool to cut it.
