Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good value and quality I've been using this to bleach the roots of my fringe since 2020. I have very dark black/brown Asian hair and it takes them to about a level 9. There is damage, as to be expected from lightening hair, but overall my hair still feels healthy after using it. No pain or tingling on the scalp either, unless you're reapplying to a newly bleached area, and even then it is minimal. One note though, make sure you put the lid on properly after using it, it'll help it last longer. I'd expect one bottle to last me about 7 months of root touchups. The bottle recommends a 1:1.5 mixing ratio of bleach powder to developer, but I've found that 1:2 works well too :)
