Intended use for Lansinoh Thera°Pearl:
Engorgement, or swollen breasts: apply heat therapy to soften the breasts immediately before feeding and to help the milk flow. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce swelling and provide relief.
Plugged ducts: apply heat therapy and gently massage the affected area between and during feeds to help the milk flow.
Mastitis: apply heat therapy to help the milk flow and relieve symptoms. Apply cold therapy between feeds to help reduce pain and swelling.
Can also be used with a breast pump to reduce time spent expressing.

USAGE ADVICE

STORAGE AND DISPOSAL

Can be used cold straight from the freezer (very useful in first few weeks postpartum when I had an oversupply and was very full and sore) and hot to help with the letdown, which is especially helpful while pumping. I love that they’re washable and reusable, unlike other similar products.

I like that it can be hot or cold and actually keeps it's temperature!!!! I've used other cooling discs and 30 secs later they aren't cool. I pop these on warm before a pumping session and I get so much more milk
