I read some reviews and Swisse Liver Detox seemed to have the most positive ones. One month in and my issues have improved substantially. Tests from my Dr will reveal if only placebo affect but I feel a whole lot better and confident to leave the house than prior to taking them. I will keep with these for a while until my diet is further corrected and believe these are helping me no end.
