These vitamins come in a gummie form which actually taste quite good not too sweet. They are quite chewy but dissolve quickly in my mouth and are easy to swallow. You chew three gummies a day and it doesn’t say with or without food so I just chew all three once a day. I am now on my 5th bottle and have noticed a massive difference to the tone and look of my skin, I’m in my late 40’s and have noticed my fine lines have nearly disappeared completely. I haven’t changed anything else other than take these and believe they really work to plump up my skin and leave it more youthful.

As they are gummies, they are to be taken orally to help reduce the appearance of wrinkles, firms skin and increase its elasticity as it says on the packaging. Collagen helps keep our skin looking beautiful and fresh. My skin has always been smooth, but hey, its winter and we all need a bit of extra help! As we age, the body's production of collagen declines so any help we can give it, the better, particularly in winter or summer with the drying of the cold and sun. Tell me about a more delish and fun way too look after your skin.... I have to say, i have tries other health gummies before and they either have no taste or the are horrible. But not these ones. I love these and to be honest, it is hard not to eat more than the daily amount. I really enjoy these and think it is a great way to get some extra nutrients for my skin. We are all getting older and I am now in my early thirties, so looking after my skin is a sensible thing to do. These gummies are yet to have a impact on my skin, but they are something that I will keep with.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy gummies to boost collagen I received a tub of 40 collagen gummies in my BH 10th birthday goody bag from a Facebook competition. 40 gummies is sufficient to last around 13 days when taken at the prescribed dose of 3 gummies a day Admittedly I probably would have never bought these otherwise and was sceptical that they would taste a bit yuck. Well, these are a delicious berry flavour, odd looking shaped gummies. I might forget taking my other vitamins but seriously with these, I actually look forward to taking them as they are just like having any other sweet gummy! What a treat! Whilst consuming one tub is not sufficient to notice any difference. Changes are supposed to take effect after about 2 months so it seems I will just have to keep taking these to see if they do have any proven effect.

The whole concept of taking collagen orally is new to me, but I jumped at the chance to see if this would make any difference to my skin. There's been no observable change so far (it's only been 10 days), but I'm fairly long in the tooth, and experience has taught me that as you age, any product, external or internal, takes longer to have an effect.. Fast forward to yesterday, I noticed I had only 9 left (incidentally they are incredibly delicious!) so I bought another (on special at Priceline), and plan on continuing the regime for at least 3 months to give it a chance to firm and plump my features, and give my lines and wrinkles a bit of a heave-ho. I'll re-review this product after Christmas and let you know the results.. Meanwhile, I'm thoroughly enjoying sucking on these little buds of goodness - who would have thought that treating my ageing concerns could be so tasty?...

So, thank you BH for giving me this in your 10th birthday bag! The gummies have a funny shape and they are not as squishy as I expected them to be. BUT. BUT. They have a very addictive taste— some kind of berry flavour which makes me happy because I love berries! It's great to know that you're eating something that isn't only tasty but also healthy.

So basically zero calories and you get a delicious sweet treat that is also good for you!!<br />The beauty collagen gummies ingredients include a specialised type 1 and 3 collagen. The claims include helping to reduce the appearance of wrinkles.<br />Hello!<br />Lollies that help firm your skin and support elasticity? I’m so in!<br />I will happily repurchase these, even as a snack as they’re so tasty and low in sugar. It does say it would take weeks of daily intake before you would see results but that’s fair enough. As with most things ‘it won’t happen overnight, but it will happen’.<br />Apparently internal consumption of collagen is much more effective than external so this seems like a great product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Yummy gummies plump and firm Recently I had read a couple of articles about the importance of taking a collagen supplement as well as using a collagen cream to assist in the prevention of fine lines and wrinkles. I had intended to look into this prior to attending the beautyheaven 10th birthday event but hadn’t got around to it, so I was really pleased to find a jar of Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen Gummies in the goodies bag handed out at the end of the event. The pink and white jar holds 40 berry flavoured gummies, and the suggested dose is three gummies per day. I love berry flavoured anything so for me the gummies are really yummy, and it’s a shame I have to stop at 3. I’ve only been taking the collagen gummies for a week so it might be too early to determine if the collagen supplement really works in reducing fine lines and wrinkles; helps to produce collagen and elastin; and assists with skin elasticity and firmness. At the same time I started taking the collagen gummies I also began applying a new collagen cream I hadn’t used before. I can differently see after one week that my skin is slightly firmer and plumper but I cannot be sure which product has been the cause of this. I will definitely continue to take Nature’s Way Beauty Collagen Gummies for at least three months to see what the long term effects are because I believe this is the only way I can determine if the product really works. This is quite an expensive product at $19.99 for 40 gummies (2 weeks’ supply) so it will probably be a case of stocking up when they are on sale.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fun way to ingest daily collagen supplements These gummies are such a fun and convenient way to take collagen supplements if you can't stand tablets. The gummies resemble soft raspberry chewy lollies but don't entirely taste like it as they are not all that sweet, although there is sweetener in the gummy formulation. I find the taste quite palatable though as I do not have a preference for sweet foods. The tub is otherwise fairly large and houses 40 gummies. Price point is about $15, which I consider quite affordable. Recommended intake is 2 gummies per day - I note from the reviews and the description on this page that the recommended intake is 3 gummies per day but instructions on the tub state 2 gummies a day and this is what I have stuck to. Unfortunately, collagen supplements are not the type of product from which you can see immediate visible results so I did not see any change in my skin, or my hair and nail growth. Bear in mind there is also only 15.2% collagen in the gummies.
