Has a use by date on the jar. They help to support the smoothing of wrinkles, skin firmness and elasticity with specialised type 1 and 3 collagen in about 4 weeks. They also help to strengthen hair and nails. The serving suggestion is adults take 3 gummies daily. Collagen declines with age so a supplement such as these can be beneficial. Rebuilding collagen production, the gummies helping skin naturally from within. The gummies remind me a little of a raspberry lolly. Dome in shape with a flat base. Pale strawberry in colour with a translucent white base. They feel soft and bouncy between fingers. The gummies smell sweet and fruity. Taste is berry flavour, sweet and delicious. It is hard not to continually eat them like a lolly but be warned they can have a laxative effect. They are chewy and soft. A great supplement, beneficial results in the long run. The jar consists of 40 pieces of pink Berry Flavour Gummies & the serving suggestions is to take 3 per day. The Gummies were tasty and not sweet. I also noticed that I had less dry lips after taking them. Furthermore, my nails grew faster and stronger too. Price wise is a bit expensive for less than a month supplies so in future I will stock up only when there's sales.

They are sugar free and chewy in texture, almost like a lolly jube without the sugar around it. They arent too sweet and taste quite good. At 3 gummies per day it works out that one container would last two weeks. The packaging is nice and they are super easy to eat so you could keep them on your bench at home, or even on your desk.
