Directions

For left and right ankle
Washable and reusable
Wear during activities that lead to discomfort.
1. Place heel securely in the loop ensuring the smooth side faces skin.
2. Wrap support over the top of the foot towards inside of ankle.
3. Wrap support under foot arch and over top of the foot.
4. Wrap the support around ankle, then attach the strap to the support.
5. Adjust tension to desired comfort and support.

I used this support as i wssnt able to wear the moon boot. I used this support along with a compression bandage . It was ideal and can adjust it to you your comfort.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome support I purchased this a while ago now , it's been absolutely awesome , I broke my leg 3 years ago and now the tendons can't support my ankle properly , this strap has been an awesome help , it's super supportive , stretchy material but still strong and easy to wrap around the ankle.
