I found it a bit sweet as I don’t have sugar in my coffee so am now mixing with 500ml of water instead of 200ml skim milk. Tastes great and I can use the 200ml milk allowance for my cups of tea throughout the day. I haven’t weighed myself yet but fingers crossed.

I also have a glass of milk at bedtime. I am 87 years of age and am just so pleased with my weight loss. I still need to lose more weight and find the shakes easy and affordable while I am getting all my nuetrition.

I lost 10kg after birth of second child but then got stuck and my weight lose came to a halt even though i was going to the gym 3-4. Optislim is helping me loose that last 10kg. So far I have lost 3kg in 2 weeks. I have 1 cheat day. Coffee is my flavor.

If you stick to the shakes and manage to get through the first 3 days, you will loose a lot of weight. People who say it doesn’t work just aren’t sticking to the diet. And the taste is great, I have no idea what other people are on about. Taste like an iced coffee. It’s just extremely hard to stick to if you’re not motivated enough. I lost 5kgs in the first 2 weeks and by the end of the month I lost 9kgs.

It doesn’t have the ‘mouth feel’ of a typical diet drink. It doesn’t have an overpowering taste, but nonetheless does have a ‘real’ coffee taste. This product has made it easy to achieve a 10kg weight loss over the last 6 months.
