As a meal replacement It does fill you up, i'm not hungry afterwards. I also like how packed it is with vitamins, minerals and nutrients. Paired with a professionally approved VLCD this product does work. Excellent results, worth the higher price point.

I just wished the VLCD range also came with a variety pack so I can try all the flavours. I found that this also dissolves better than the strawberry and salted caramel flavours or maybe I just bought a bad batch of those two. It works as long as you stick to the diet and I'm losing 1 kg a week on average with the steady weight loss.
