I'm adding Vitamin C now for a few reasons, once again collagen being the main reason. As for the size of any tablets, I find having a mouthful of water and holding it in your mouth, tilting your head back and dropping the tablets in, works every time. I've never had a big tablet get stuck or not go down using this method.
