General Information

Healthy Care Garcinia Cambogia helps in the maintenance of a healthy body weight.

Healthy Care Garcinia Cambogia extract can be used to maintain the body's metabolism. A small, yellow fruit grown in Southeast Asia and India, Garcinia Cambogia has become a popular supplement suitable for use as part of a healthy weight management in conjunction with an energy controlled diet and exercise.

It can also:
- Maintain and help promote general health and wellbeing

I only eat 1 meal a day at dinner. I take 2 around 1pm when i start to feel hungry. It takes away the hungry feeling by making me full. I do no exercise but do eat well.

I went for this brand because it was so cheap and had low expectations so didn't want to waste my money. I struggle with over eating after dinner, but these have stopped that! It hasn't just made me fuller, it's somehow made the compulsion to eat out of boredom/habit disappear too. Will be buying again!

I was last there 3 months ago but I have not done anything different since then except start exercise classes (just 1 hour a week) AND take these tablets (been taking them about 3 weeks now) . Other than that I do cycle and go to the gym but I had been doing that prior to the doctors visits. I am going to go and try to change my negative review if possible..... So yes, I will definitely be purchasing again

It definitely makes it easier to stay on track and in control. Obviously exercise and smart food choices are key in managing weight but this definitely helps a lot and I'd recommend giving it a try.

Adjusted my diet, to a balanced one, but still allowed myself the occasional treat. This supplement also gave me more energy, but definitely didn't go on any vigorous exercise schedules. Now I've stabilised to my goal weight and have so for some time. Be patient and kind to yourself, no stringent diets/exercise required with Garcinia Cambogia, only motivation!
