Magnesium Amino Acid Chelate (Meta Mag Magnesium Diglycinate): 1.6g.
Equiv. Elemental Magnesium: 163mg.Sodium Chloride: 446mg.
Equiv. Elemental Sodium: 176mg.
Calcium Amino Acid Chelate: 210mg.
Equiv. Elemental Calcium: 42mg.
Potassium Citrate: 185mg.
Equiv. Elemental Potassium: 67mg.
Each dose (4.0g) contains 41.8kJ (9.8cal) of Energy and 0.8g Carbohydrates.
The maximum recommended daily dose (16g) contains 704mg of sodium.
Excipients: Malic Acid, Natural and Nature Identical Flavours, Silicon Dioxide (Silica), Steviol Glycosides and Natural Colour.

Directions

DAILY HYDRATION

Adults: Mix 1 level scoop with 350 - 600mL of water and take as required.

Up to four doses per day or as directed by your healthcare professional. If symptoms persist, talk to your healthcare professional.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Hydrates better than it tastes I am not a fan of the flavour,which reminds me of something you'd buy from the supermarket in the 80's, however I did find it very hydrating after a full-on workout which was my reason for buying it Disappointing that this low carb version works out a LOT more expensive than the 'regular' version

Rated 3 out of 5 by from OK tast I bought this version because the regular ones were out of stock. Not a fan of the flavour. Tastes quite fake and not all too enjoyable. Other than that it mixes well and seems to be doing its job.
