Berocca Boost supports the release of positive energy so you can be at your best whatever daily challenges you’re facing. The formula of magnesium, zinc, calcium, vitamin C and all eight B vitamins helps release energy from your food, reduces tiredness and boosts stamina and mental alertness. This combination with additional caffeine and guarana makes Berocca Boost a good choice for when you need that extra boost of energy.

Phenylketonurics- product contains aspartame (phenylalanine). Contains Sulfites. Follow the directions for use. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains 75 mg total caffeine per tablet. A cup of instant coffee contains approximately 80 mg of caffeine. Caffeine intake more than 200 mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Limit the use of caffeine-containing products (including tea and coffee) when taking this product. Caffeine interacts with enzyme CYP1A2 in the liver. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Each tablet contains 341 mg sodium.

Vitamin B2 (riboflavin as riboflavin sodium phosphate) 1.6 mg
Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 18 mg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid as calcium pantothenate) 6 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 2 mg
Vitamin B12 (Cyanocobalamin) 1 microgram
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid) 60 mg
Vitamin H (Biotin) 150 microgram
Folic Acid 200 microgram
Magnesium (as magnesium carbonate hydrate and magnesium sulfate dihydrate) 100 mg
Zinc (as zinc citrate tihydrate) 9.5 mg
Calcium (as calcium carbonate and calcium pantothenate) 100 mg
Paullinia cupana (Guarana) seed fresh extract 40mg from fresh seed 17.78 mg
Caffeine (includes naturally occurring caffeine in guarana) 75 mg

Since taking Boost early in the morning I dont get that mid afternoon lag. And 10 mins after having Boost in the mornings my brain feels clear and im ready to go. And it really does last all day. Best thing I have discovered in a long time. Cheers.
