General Information

Fefol Iron & Folic Acid is for the treatment of medically diagnosed iron and folate deficiency.

FEFOL Iron & Folic Acid is a therapeutic Iron and Folic Acid supplement:
  • For the prevention and treatment of iron and folate deficiency.
  • Supplies iron to the body which may help in the production of energy.
  • Can help relieve fatigue associated with iron deficiency by supporting energy levels.
  • Doesn’t require vitamin C to assist absorption.

Size: 60 capsules

Warnings

Contains sugars and sulfites. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. Do not use if blister foil is broken.

Ingredients

Active ingredients per modified release capsule:
Ferrous Sulfate 270mg (equiv. to elemental iron 87.4 mg)
Folic Acid 300 micrograms.

Allergen Contains: Sulphites| Sugars

Directions

One capsule daily or as directed by your health professional.

Great dosage of Iron just under 90mg per tablet. I think the slow release is an awesome feature of the tablet. Excellent product and meet my needs in an iron supplement.

Since my iron is average lower than normal people, i required to take iron + vitamin c to help with absorption. SO highly recommended to other women that low in iron, also it comes with Folic Acid as well, where it is important to mother that trying to conceived / pregnant. I am trying, so i think this would be best combination. Usually iron associated with constipation, but this is not a case for me. So highly recommended
